These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of GoodFriends Gaming's software, website, applications, and services (collectively, the 'Services'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

GoodFriends Gaming provides a comprehensive iGaming platform solution including casino management systems, game integration, payment processing, and analytics tools for licensed gaming operators.

Our Services are designed for use only by entities that hold valid gaming licenses in their respective jurisdictions. We do not offer gaming services directly to end-users.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a legally recognized business entity with a valid gaming license; (b) you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms; (c) your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 21 or in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GoodFriends Gaming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit our Services; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (c) reverse engineer our software; or (d) use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

You may not use our Services: (a) in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) to exploit or harm minors; (c) to transmit any malicious code; (d) to interfere with or disrupt our Services; (e) to engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services and may subject you to legal liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) update your information as necessary; (c) protect your login credentials; (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks.

All fees for our Services are specified in your subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.

Late payments may result in suspension of Services and accrual of interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.

Our platform includes tools to promote responsible gaming. As a licensee, you agree to implement and maintain responsible gaming measures, including self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and age verification systems.

We reserve the right to terminate services to operators who fail to maintain adequate responsible gaming protocols.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by GoodFriends Gaming or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for European users.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or if your gaming license is revoked or suspended.

Upon termination, you must cease using our Services and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODFRIENDS GAMING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold GoodFriends Gaming harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any laws; or (d) your failure to maintain proper gaming licenses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
